Skidaway Abigails have been invited by the Skidaway Hamiltons to hear Dr. Lawton Davis, the Director of the Coastal Health District discuss the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic in Georgia, with a specific focus on Chatham County and Skidaway Island.
The mission of the Coastal Health District and the County Boards of Health in Bryan, Camden, Chatham, Effingham, Glynn, Liberty, Long, and McIntosh counties, is to improve the health of those who live, work, and play in those counties by preventing disease, injury and disability; promoting health and well-being; and preparing for and responding to disasters. As such, they are responsible for free COVID-19 testing and contact tracing in the 8-county region.
The meeting will be conducted using Zoom and the number of attendees is limited so sign up ASAP. Once your RSVP has been received you will be sent the link for the Zoom meeting. If there will be more than one attendee per household please submit only one registration. This will allow more people to participate in this important presentation.
